The Brand & Logo
Marisabel Lavastida is Tarot Card Reader & Artist located in Denver, Colorado. I specifically designed the logo as a bold sigil to reflect the mystic & magical qualities of the Lavastida brand. The logo is also able to function in three separate ways. The brand feels powerful and unique, drawing from occult & esoteric inspirations.
Colors & Typography
The color pallet is made up of contrasting light & dark colors pulled from tarot card imagery. The light & dark colors are also a representation of life & death. During her readings, Marisabel Lavastida intuitively gains perspective from ancestral magic & her spiritual guides. The chosen typefaces Volkorn & Chomsky mimic vintage typewriter & blackletter gothic styles. The typefaces unconsciously reflect the past ancestor aspect of the Lavastida brand.

Application
For the Lavastida brand, I created a custom double sided price list to show services offered. I also created business cards & social media icons; Keeping within all brand guidelines of the brand kit I created. I work with the Lavastida brand to make social media content for Instagram including videos, gifs, photography & graphic design.
